My house does not look like a palace "contrary to what the President said, According to Mayor Mabilog of Ilo-ilo!



Mabilog said that he has nothing to hide and does not really palpable or is as large as the pictures. Mabilog is referring to his three-story mansion in Barangay Tap-oc in Molo District in Iloilo City.   In a statement, President Duterte said that Mabilog's home was like a palace, and that perhaps it was the son of a wealthy family. Mabilog explains, he has built his home from his own income and his wife Marivic. He added that even before he went to politics, they had a lot of businesses and that in Manila he was still comfortable with his life as a businessman.

The mayor also denied that he was wealthy because of politics, unlike most politicians, because of his great sacrifices when he worked in Canada for some years. As he asks the majority to build a beautiful home, they decide to have the wife do it for their children.
