The latest casualty of PNP's anti-drug operation is the killing of 17-year-old grade 11 student in Caloocan, Kian Loyd Delos Santos. Caloocan City Police argue that Kian was fighting, but the sail was seen in CCTV footages and witnesses' revelations.
