After Kian Delos Santos's death, the Senate will investigate

The 14 members of the Senate majority bloc signed a resolution condemning a series of massacres in PNP's anti-drug operations.

They believe that should be investigated the death of grade 11 student Kian Delos Santos.

Among those who signed the resolution were Senate President Aquilino Pimentel III, Sonny Angara, JV Ejercito, Sherwin Gatchalian, Richard Gordon, Gregorio Honasan II, Panfilo Lacson, Loren Legarda, Grace Poe, Ralph Recto, Vicente Sotto III, Joel Villanueva, Cynthia Villar And Juan Miguel Zubiri.

Handa rin daw pumirma sa dokumento sina Sen. Chiz Escudero at Nancy Binay. Bago nito, sinabi ni Sen. Grace Poe na nakakabahala ang sunud-sunod na patayan dahil sa drug operations ng PNP. 

Dapat daw malaman kung sino ang nang-aabuso sa programa ng gobyerno kontra droga. 

Si Sen. Risa Hontiveros naman, nanawagan na tigilan na ang patayan na iniuugnay sa “war on drugs” Nauna nang nangako si Sen. Hontiveros na proprotektahan ang mga testigo sa pagpatay kay Kian.
